Our Hiring Process
All job applicants are submitted to the same hiring process:
Step 1 – Come to our office location in Irving, TX and fill out an application or begin the process by filling out our Employment History form. Remember to bring valid forms of identification when visiting our physical location.
Step 2 – AmeriTemps will perform a pre-screening for your employment, including E-Verify, a Background Check and a Drug Test.
Step 3 – We will then perform an interview where you can tell us all about your work history, experience, shift availability, and more, as we work together to make the best match between you and the available positions.
Step 4 – Once selected, you will undergo a customized job orientation to provide you with the tools you will need to help you succeed.
